Our HR department, under the guidance of Ms. Saima Bilal, GM HR, recently organized an impactful one-day workshop, “Building High-Performance Teams,” led by the distinguished Dr. Sajid Bashir from Ghazali Executive Learning Centre (GELC). The session included a personality assessment workshop and was enriched with knowledge-driven videos, providing valuable strategies and practical tools to enhance team dynamics and productivity. Participants included our senior and mid-level management, who gained new insights to drive growth and innovation within our organization.
