JOB DESCRIPTION:  Conduct and Supervise tests on raw material, fabrics and finished Products. Ensure Compliance with Industry Standards (ISO,AATCC, ASTM, etc) Oversee Production Processes to identify defects and implement corrective Actions. Maintain Test Records,Quality Reports, and ensure adherence to regulatory standards. Manage lab technicians and provide training n quality control Procedures. Coordinate with production, R& D, Supply chain, teams to enhance overall product quality. Responsible for Lab accreditation and fellow up of certifications.
