JOB DESCRIPTION:  Collaborate with designers, merchandisers, and clients to understand product requirements and specifications.Prepare detailed cost sheets, including fabric, trims, labor, and overhead costs.Analyze and negotiate costs with suppliers and vendors to achieve target margins.Provide pricing strategies and cost optimization solutions.Liaise with domestic and international suppliers to negotiate pricing.Work closely with supply chain teams to align costing timelines.Assist the sales and marketing team with cost breakdowns, and pricing strategies.Monitor and analyze costing trends, identifying areas for cost reduction and process improvement.Generate periodic reports on costing performance.
